Dr Keppler is a friendly and professional doctor. I have been able to make appointments that suit me via phone and at the practice. She is a great listener!

Loftus Medical Practice
I cannot rate these Doctors highly enough. Both are really lovely, caring, thoughtful, thorough and professional. Everything that you want in a General Practitioner. The practice is easily accessible with street parking readily available and near to public transport, too.

Dr Lauren Keppler from Loftus Medical Practice is a very professional, caring and knowledgeable doctor. She has been my treating professional for over two years now and has given me incredible support across multiple areas of my health needs. The ability to choose between face to face and Telehealth appointments has made it convenient for me to continue to get support through the pandemic and lockdowns.
