Dreadful experience with Petflights moving my Cat Brisbane to Bogota via LA . The Kennel Club in LA was not at all what Kevin promised. When contacted, all he said was ' the pictures of kennel club didn't look like this, would email them but was out at moment and couldn't contact them then'. I heard nothing more from him at all re this, or to this day. Not even an apology. Then my Cat arrived in Bogota soaked in urine, distressed and no water in container in her crate . His Rep in Colombia didn't even stay around to hand my Cat to us, but put her in back of a cold truck . Despite my paying a lot, for Rep to get my Cat through customs as quickly as possible . The special 'deluxe wicking mat. ' just didn't wick as claimed by Kevin. Their Brisbane facility is good, tho, and Grace is caring towards Animals But I wouldn't recommend anyone using Petflights

PetFlights assisted us with transporting our two cats from Brisbane to Amsterdam. The process was really hassle-free. They told us what vaccinations to get, advised on an amazing mobile vet and dealt with all needed paperwork, including flight booking. They picked up our cats in time and sent photos through the various steps. The only part left to us was the pick up at Amsterdam (customs clearance) but that was fairly easy too so that we could collect the cats on the same day of our arrival. Overall a very good experience including communication before, during and after. The service is expensive but they delivered exactly as promised. And thanks Kevin for the assistance!

Kevin and his team are amazing. We had to send a pup to LA and we couldn't have been happier with the service these guys provided. They care about the animals and the emotions involved with shipping your loved ones. If we ever have the need to do this again it will be with these guys. We highly recommend their services, everyone involved were kept up to date, communication was spot on and the after care was amazing. Do not let anyone else look after you beloved pets. Kevin and Petflights are a lifesaver! I had been very badly misled and left in the lurch by another pet moving company while moving my cat from Melbourne to Vanuatu. I contacted Kevin and in less than two weeks I had my boy with me despite the other company claiming they couldn't fly him over for another month. From the beginning with Kevin I felt totally confident that he could handle anything that came up. Kevin was unbelievably efficient and helpful and I could not be more grateful. He skillfully worked with the other people involved, my vets and the local customs agent, and did more work in a few hours than the other company had done in months.If you're tossing up between different companies, go with Petflights!

Kevin and PetFlights were brilliant! Thank you for assisting with Soda’s big move. You have been very accomodating to her medical needs. The company is exceptionally proficient and have provided excellent communication throughout this process. The company frequently updates you via text with photos of your beloved little pet. Kevin has treated my pet as if she is his own. Both Soda and I are very appreciative.

In a stressful situation, Kevin managed to make me feel comfortable about Luna's trip. Kevin was so incredibly responsive, he answered all of my ridiculous questions and still managed to offer the best price out of all of the agencies that I inquired about. On the day of her flight, he sent me multiple updates about her vet inspections, her mood and confirmation that she was on the flight. Luna arrived in such great health and in a superb mood! I cannot recommend this agency more!

Great excellent experience with Petflight, after 6 days long travel Gino finally get back from Broome to Taiwan, strongly recommend! They update the status of our baby by images and video everyday to keep us confident.

We had our dog Balou, a 13 yr old Labrador who only recently survived cancer fly from Auckland to Frankfurt, transferring in Brisbane. PetFlights was our agent in Australia and we are very grateful for their help. It's the busiest time of the year right before Christmas, and we had to change the flight at last minute due to some issues. Kevin was always responsive to our emails, and once Balou was there, sent us pictures of him to keep us posted. Highly recommend!
