I came in today June 29 3:30pm at this Caltex petrol station and was absolutely disgusted at the old Lady cashier named Debbie, i always come to this petrol station every tuesday and the attendants has always been a pleasure to deal with except for today. The moment i came in the line she didnt even greet and was frowning was seem to be unhappy to be in her position ( she shld be lucky to have a job where everyone else’s in a lockdown and jobless ) … i was struggling to make my phone work as it’s requiring me a face recognition and since we have to wear a mask on this lockdown, she said I was holding up the line… would you believe a service attendant would say that to a guest whose been giving them reason to have their job in the first place! Who ever owns or manage this Caltex store should review and check more qualified people for the position before hiring! unbelievable!!!

Very helpful friendly service. I was having difficulty with the gas attachment to fill my car and turned around and the lady...wish I could remember her name...came out to help me. Was a lovely gesture on her behalf. Above and beyond what yoi see nowdays.
