We bought a kubota tractor 12 months ago, a great tractor, but when it was delivered to us it had 2 right side rear wheels fitted. We were assured the correct wheel would be fitted within a couple of weeks. Over 52 weeks later this still hasn't happened. We reminded them by email, got no response. We rang, and were finally told the correct wheel had been found and we could pick up and fit the wheel ourselves. We are in our seventies and live 2 hours drive from Tasmac, so we said this wasn't an option. We are now waiting for a technician to be in our vicinity to replace the wheel. I wonder how long it will take for us to get what we paid for over 12 months ago?

Fixed a broken part on my Kubota tractor within 24 hours and that included ordering the part from the mainland. Thanks again Jason.
