Pizza is good but pasta is NEVER started when I arrive to pick up. Gave them the benefit of the doubt a few times, but I'm done now.

I ordered a prosciuttopizza, with a thick crust. they said that I ordered a supreme with tin crust and chilli. Then I asked the worker to just give me the supreme pizza. But they were literally making another pizza! I am so disappointed with the customer service, never coming back again. To top it off, they wasted 40 minutes of my time!

I have been enjoying Pedros Pizza for years as this is the most popular pizza outlet locally. However I feel the the there is a change of staff recently and the quality of food and service has declined significantly. Certainly not going back until these problems are addressed.[Update 6 May 2018] I have returned to Pedro in the last few weeks, I have notice the quality of pizza has improved since my last visit a few month ago. The great flavour is back and the efficiency has returned. I appreciated that the Pedro Pizza team listens to the customer feedback and improves the level of service. I will return for more pizzas.

Pedros does pizza. Sure they do other stuff too but it's in the name really. There's 3 menus of pizza, from standard to special to gourmet. Personally they're all good but the specials and up are favourites. The meals deals are ok and price generally is ok too. They take orders and so far have always met the order time.We recommend, with some irony, the special supreme. Normally a supreme is the pizza you order but always eat last, not so in this case.If you're in the zone we definitely recommend you get a slice.

I've tried the pizza a few times and the last 3 were terrible experiences. The most recent being the worst.The chicken in all of the pizzas was old, with the chicken avacado smelling like straight up vomit. I'd rather not fall ill when eating pizzasOne of the pizzas we ordered, the Mediterranean lamb, was missing about 70% of its ingredients, literally just being a margarita at this point.I'd advise if you want pizzas, dominos is far better and cheaper. Or if you want something more traditional/fancy, Zappis and Crust are also consistently good.

Ordered a gourmet pizza deal that came with 2 pizzas, garlic bread and 1.25L drink for $42.90. You get 2 options with the crust which were a pan crust or a thin crust, we chose to go with the thin crust which turned out quite nice, it had the perfect crunch to it, the produce was quite fresh, however could use a bit more toppings for a gourmet pizza. Garlic bread was a bit of a let down, as it didn't taste like it was cooked all the way through. We rang over the phone to order and were told it would be ready in 15-20 mins, wait time was roughly 35 mins. Could use an extra worker to speed up the process as there was only 1 worker.

This place is not only for Tuesday but other days amazing. Consistent good food quality. Also, mostly service is good as well. Often go here. Recommend!

Best pizza in Epping! Awesome crust with great tasting and fresh ingredients. I had the Hot and spicy pizza which really tasted awesome , with pineapple (they were very nice to accommodate a substitution to make it vegetarian). Could have been the best pizza of my life!!! My wife had the capricciosa pizza with pepperoni, peppers and olives, which she also loved. The kids had awesome nutella-Strawberry pizzas. All of our pizza boxes were completely empty at the end of this great meal!

Ordered Meat Lovers - The best meat lovers pizza that we have ever had anywhere. Perfectly cook and perfect balance between base, sauce, topping and cheese.Will try the supreme next week, people say its good.
