We purchased our investment home through Slater & Slater, Julie was Great!, Nick def NOT, he was handling the rental side of things, said he was worth 7%+ gst, in fact he wasn't even worth 3.5% of it, in 10 months, only 1 inspection was done & 3 water bills were not even given to tenant.

Useless. I was interested in viewing several properties, they responded with a voicemail but never followed up with the call the next day as promised. Not in the seller's interest either, to ignore a potential buyer. I'd steer clear.

We knew upfront how much it would cost us, what to expect, and how they would work together to do the best for us.
