Gracie Barra Mona vale is an incredible gym with incredible people. The experience will always start with a friendly welcome at the door and leave with lots of respect on the mats. I started my Jiu jitsu journey here and whether you want to bring your kids, train as a hobbyist or test yourself in competition you can really grow yourself through this wonderful martial art.- can’t recommend it enough.
