Disappointing. Been inquiring about the venue. I’d call them to get answers to my questions, they say to email them and I did and would take the whole entire day to reply.Last email I have sent they didn’t even reply at all and just completely disregard it.Told me the price of the venue to hire was $160 something (6 hours) went there to checked the venue (was happy with it) then with the follow up email said- there is a $200 cleaning fee!!!)The receptionist wasn’t very welcoming either! Completely just waisted my time.Please if you’re doing business, please make sure you communicate back.Glad I didn’t go for them. As I found one in bribie for $150 for 24 hour hire ($200 cleaning bond, but you get it back after if the place is cleaned)

They forgot to pick me up two times in a row.... me and my mom said I will be Back on the 17 and now is the 19 on Tuesday I waited to get pick up they never showed and yet again today I was up there waiting for them.. yet again they never showed
