A very helpful and genuine pharmacist called Meo guided me with my prescriptions today. She was very thoughtful and even provided me ways to access my future meds in the future easier. This Chemist is really lucky to have a gem like her! A healthcare professionals who actually cared :)

Update - Business has changed owners and would not recommend. Pricing has gone up and price gouging on RAT tests. Service is also not as knowledgeable and owner/manager he is condescending.Went here on Saturday night after seeing the Dr for my son and he needed antibiotics as he was sick all day. The pharmacist Amy was fantastic in her service explaining the use and advise. Needed to buy some hydralite and gave some already frozen ones to give straight away for my son. Would highly recommend to go to Amcal Rouse Hill.

THIS IS A WARNING TO ALL WHO ORDER ANYTHING THROUGH NDSS. DO NOT COME TO THIS CHEMIST BRANCH. THEY WILL NOT CALL YOU IETHER YOUR ORDER HAS ARRIVED OR NOT. THEY NORMALLY LEFT IT ON THEIR SHELVES AND FORGET ABOUT IT, SO YOU HAVE TO AND CHECK IF IT'S THERE OR NOT MAYBE AFTER FEW DAY, MINE WAS BEEN SITTING THERE FOR A WEEK AND NO ONE FROM T HE STAFF MADE A INNITIATIVE TO CALL THEIR CUSTOMERS.

Walked in and walked through every aisle looking for 3 specific items about dentures & travel items that chemist normally hold - no customers at all 4 staff looked me directly in the eyes and went back to what they were doing which seemed like gossiping behind the counter at the back but the girl at front walked out from behind the front counter down the aisle I just walked out of then Backed away when she saw me look at her!! I am on my way to take stuff to my ill father in hospital and was so annoyed I chose the store because it’s normally very attentive. Stormed out say how rude everyone was!!
