I cannot say enough about your service and personal concern for my well being. I was at least 10 miles away when I realized I left my cell phone at the Kakadu Crocodile Hotel. Turning around was not an option because I was traveling with a group tour. Our guide contacted you and you worked with me to coordinate a way to get my phone back before we left Darwin the next morning. The ultimate surprise was at no charge as you understood my plight losing such a valuable item and my only way to communicate for help and with family. I am so thankful for your caring and attentive customer service. Adele was great to work with. I will remember your kindness to a visitor in your country you treated like family.
