Avoid the swim school here. Our child’s swim instructor was changed 4 times in under a year, with poor communication from the centre. They have also overcharged us, and changed the time and day of our lessons, with minimal notice. We have even showed up for our lesson to be told the instructor was not in today.

Was informed there were no suitably trained swim instructors who would be comfortable" teaching my child (who is on the Autism spectrum). Disgusted by their lack of compassion and suggest that this swim "school" read the disability discrimination act."

Went in for my boys swim trial and liked the instructor so ended up paying for 10 sessions in advance. They changed the instructor from first day of swim lesson and she was always cutting the swim time from 15 minutes to 10 or 11 minutes.Not acceptable when you’re paying top dollar for 15 minute private swim lesson. Twice we had to wait half an hour past our usual swim start time because they screwed up their schedule and no apologies either.Communication throughout was bad. We forfeited the last 2 sessions in sheer frustration. Wouldn’t recommend!!

I love this gym nice and friendly staff if you need assistance you can always ask, also heaps of parking and wheelchair accessible there is a ramp to get into the gym, highly recommended anyone that wants to start at a small local gym.

Not very welcoming, unmaintained, dirty, build up of garden rubbish in car park. By today's standards well below public acceptability. Certainly not a location I would return to.
