I redecorated my backyard, and bought a hammock to add the perfect touch of style and relaxation! The quality is exceptional, and the hammock is easy to install and adjust. It has become the focal point of my outdoor space, where I can unwind with a good book or simply soak up the sun.

I bought a green beach umbrella and am very happy with the quality, price & colour of the product. I liked the extra features of the umbrella, ie ground stakes & tie down cords if needed to secure it, an extension pole for the sand, 2 x side windows for airflow and extra side flaps, with pockets attached. It fits nicely in a carry bag and it's light.The product was delivered to my door. I had an inquiry and it was quickly responded to by Joshua.Now to the beach! ⛱️Note - the ground stakes provided are not long enough, we bought some 300mm tent pegs to use instead.

3+ weeks and order not arrived. Store is uncontactable amd doesnt respond to emails. Looking on the Shop app, appears many other people with the same issue this year.

The purchase was easy. After the money transfer you will not be able to contact the vendor. He will not reply to any messages, he will not answer the phone and as his mail box is full you will not be able to leave a message.Will now start to try and recuperate monies and find another Christmas present for my son.Will be under my wife’s name Erin.

FINALLY after over a month received my hammock. Looks nothing like the photo on the website. They have given me USED poles! So not happy with the fact it took them ages to get back to me with tracking and took a month to get to me to opening it and seeing its used and the hooks are not even the same! Not impressed at all for my $170 worth!! I would NEVER recommend this company.

I wish I paid attention to the reviews.I bought a 3 person sofa ($820) on 9th June, and did not get any word regarding my order despite using all available modes of contact. I got an automated response from Alana S on the 15th of June saying they were tracking my order. The email address that they provide on the site is not the email address they use to respond, which makes me believe that the website one is unmonitored. I received a tracking link on 19th of June which was broken and does not work. At this point I just want my money back. Trust is the cornerstone of all business relationships and I just can't trust that I will receive communication about what I've paid for.

We purchased a pod chair on the 15/06/2023. We didn’t get emailed the invoice firstly, i then followed up and Alana provided me with the invoice and stated she would send tracking information. This hasn’t occurred. I have tried many methods of contact, email, calling, text, the contact us on site and online chat. All to no avail. Can please someone let me know an expected delivery date and tracking info. Happy to raise the rating once my request is honoured.
