I just wanted to thank Jody and Adam for creating an amazing experience for my family and I.I purchased a 10-pc set online for my dad as a Christmas gift. What a beautiful store! It was so easy to wander around and still be social distancing. The staff were super friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend this store for anyone wanting to browse for ideas or if you're like me and need to see things before you purchase online. I made a list and can now buy online and click and collect with confidence.

Firstly, the order I received today was incomplete. I only go 2 of my 6 items. If my order was going to be separated, it would be great to be notified as I bought ingredients to use the items and this will now go to waste! Next disappointment is the un-necessary amount of plastic wrap which came with my metal tray and scales. How about considering using news paper or use a narrower box. Please consider the impact this is making into landfill and before you say it is made from a 50 recycled material, that's good -- but it doesn't make the product recyclable. Please consider your sustainability efforts.

Generally has everything you need but be prepared to pay for it. I'm not just talking about the high quality items, that you expect but much of what you get here you can get for less just about anywhere else. Nice setup, nice staff, plenty to choose from but mostly overpriced.

Good store with great open layout and fabulous top end range of kitchenware, from gadgets to staples. Prices are top retail, so may be worth negotiating. Friendly staff who were happy to help but didn't hover, my favourite.
