Put my new boat and trailer in yesterday for boat and trailer service. Arrived early and was prepared to wait for opening hours but Adam took the boat from me early after discussion about my requirements. At time of collection, positive discussion with Mason and Bob regarding my request for them to instal stern cleats which weren't on my new boat (Gulf Runner - MML) and the reasons we all agreed should not be installed after-production. They also identified the new Dunbier trailer brake actuator pads had been incorrectly installed which meant my trailer brakes were not functioning. Good communicators, good integrity and work ethic.

Very helpful team there Mason first point of contact really nice person to go thru the problems .Then Steven the mechanic was more than helpful always in contact with you regarding what was happening and trying to keep your costs down .
