The doctors are very friendly and incredibly helpful but as for the receptionists, they are some of the worst people I've ever dealt with in the realm of hospitality. The main receptionist that answers customer calls is very inconsiderate and a big part of the problem. Need to hire better staff to deal with us or the current ones should get paid less. If they were good at their jobs this place would be 5 stars.

Renee Fremlin1 reviewjust nowVery disinterested in hearing our child's history or reason for referral. Wanted to speak more about his own children than ours and then told us that if our child was our fourth, not our first we wouldn't be there as he is 'healthy' completely disregarding our photos and video clearly demonstrating symptoms that other medical professionals have been concerned about. Very condescending and insulting man, who charges like a wounded bull for us to learn more about his children than he did ours. A complete waste of our time and money.
