Frontier Institute of Technology

I have successfully completed my Certificate IV in Training and Assessment from Frontier. I joined for self-paced course initially which was difficult to do on my own. Later on they started online class in the weekend which helped me a lot to complete the course. Trainer Sajjad is one of the best trainers I have ever met. His delivery style, explanation and interpersonal communication skills are the best. Gleise was very supportive during the entire training period. For sure I would recommend everyone to choose Frontier. Thank you

Disgraceful training provider. After the first unit I had already enough of it. I have completed the first unit in just 10 days, yet it took them a few weeks to get the marking done by their trainer. Some of the questions were deemed as non satisfactory, despite the fact that they were actually correct. Had to ask for a review of my assessment (which wasted even more of my time) and some questions turned out to be correct as I thought. They never provided me with the resources for all the units (they open 1 unit at a time), so in most cases you will walk out with nothing in your hand cause the course delivery is shameful and you can't even access the resources (which by the way are simply pdf files). Their refund policy clearly states that a refund will be granted on the units the student hasn't attended, yet they don't want to refund the cost of a course for which they didn't even allowed me to access the learning material. I had to email them 4-5 times to get a refund, which they still refuse to give me despite their refund policy being totally on my side. Had to place an official complaint to ASQA this morning. Now they are changing their refund policy and they expect the changes to be retroactive. Save your time and study elsewhere!

Do not recommend. Very unprofessional, they don't answer the phone, return calls or emails. Had to chase them for weeks to actually get white card after doing the course with them.

I did my REL class 2 through Frontier. Jyoti was amazing in every aspect of my enrolment. She constantly followed up and answered any questions quickly and efficiently. Mark was my trainer and he was very knowledgeable and friendly. I highly recommend Frontier institute.

I completed my course ( certificate 4 in training and assessment) as self paced learner. Frontier has supported me fully to complete my course. 1 on 1 session was also provided to accommodate my need. Assessors Allan, Sajjad and admin Gleise are a great resource to this institution and I am very thankful for your help and support. I recommend this institute to all.

Surprisingly great!I needed to complete a TAE unit doing online learning with a trainer. My trainer - Allan - was absolutely brilliant (and funny, and very patient!). Allan made the coursework a lot less tedious and dry than it could have been and with his help I passed - phewf!!I couldn't recommend these guys highly enough; Maria on reception and Gleise in accounts were also fantastic, responsive and helpful.

I was doing the course with them and took a break. Now they are not available to answer phone calls or emails. Have been trying to get in touch for ages.Very disappointing
