Clean room with adequate space, unfortunately has no kitchenette with only tea and coffee facilities plus a microwave oven. Good location if you only need a bed for the night.

I loved the location! I walked into the mall a couple of times and got used to the steep road. Great exercise.Erin surprised me with the room I was given, a lovely surprise. Staff member, sorry I forget your name, was very helpful.The carpet and lounge could do with a vacuum and the bedside tables definitely needed a wipe but overall, the rest of the room was clean.Nice view of the river from the room too.

Hmm. Not sure if $300 a night during Xmas week is just the going rate or if I got ripped off… but the was an old shampoo cap in the shower, the shower head fell off and couldn’t be screwed back on, and the hill to park on was so steep so anyone with bad knees or legs needs to exercise utmost caution. Wouldn’t recommend this for a nice stay. Proximity to the city was good, as was the city views.

The room was reasonably clean and the beds were ok….but…. It’s on the side of an extremely steep hill, if you have any mobility issues this place is not for you! We were luckily on the ground floor. parking is limited and difficult in the steep car park.The fridge freezer was not working and some of the lighting was dodgy. The vanity basin was coming away from the wall in the bathroom….. it’s very dated and in need of a Reno! Try somewhere closer to the CBD in a flatter part of town for a more enjoyable stay in Launceston

Where do I start! No maid service, you take your own rubbish out at the end of your stay, the hot water is either scolding or freezing. Better water pressure in the sink. Holes in the curtains. If you looking for somewhere basic this is ok, but if you want to feel a little clean when you stay somewhere, stay elsewhere.

The room was an appropriate size for the four of us, however it lacked some basics - no sink other than the bathroom, so the kettle had to be filled 1 cup at a time from the bathroom sink.The bathroom needs some work - dripping taps, loose shower head - but the rest of the place is OK. It's a little way out of town, about 10 minutes walk uphill, but the road is fairly quiet.The beds are comfortable and the room was clean and tidy.

4 stars for hotel but 5 stars to Erin, staff at reception. She is very friendly, helpful and gave us a warm welcome when we arrived. She also sent an email to confirm our check in, day before. Really lovely staff team. It's also located in a quiet location with a good view and is a good size for a family room. Looked like it was just recently renovated inside.

The hotel was not as it was described. Room was dirty and not deluxe at all as advised by consultant. When I asked for a refund because the room was not as described I was told that no refund could be provided. This is not a 3 star hotel but much worse. It is like a prison. THe windows don't open much and you are like a fish in a fish tank. I would highly NOT recommend this hotel.
