Don’t put yourself through the disappointment. I think these companies survive off the call out fee and the 1 hour service fee (only there for 10 min) then don’t get the job because their quote is just ridiculous. Never again - you have lost me. Totally unreasonable.So disappointed with the processesLost me for ever

We had our oven break down at our restaurant , called Monday 9am . They came asap! Before midday. Fixed the oven. Within the call out fee, one hour labour plus parts. Very knowledgeable service technician. Will use again, and we are swapping our regular service schedule to them. We were that happy. Definitely recommended.

Have a commercial fridge that run out of gas and the the way they charge is a complete rip off. They charge $430 + GST to top up the gas for a 1000ltr fridge. Break it down into $100 call out fee which is ok because eveybody else do the same. Labour was for an hr and cost $100 is not acceptable. They will start a timer on the phone after explaining how they work and it start costing you straight away. The technician spend 5 minutes to inspect the fridge and found out that theres no gas left because of a rusty coil and old conditions of the fridge which also they wont guarantee how long it will work for. Then take another 5 mins to fill up the gas. Then another few minutes to clean and blow all the dust off which i had clean prior. The rest of the time was for me asking questions and what their suggestions are as well as making payment and transfer money to their bank account. All the process was done in 55 mins and they will charge you for every minute they spend on your site. They then charged me $230 to top up the gas which is ridiculously expensive. I have been in a business for over 10 yrs and this is by far the most expensive to top up gas on my fridge. At the end i was complaining about they price and the technician had no choice but to call the office for a discount and they did take $30 off for the gas but still and $50 off the labour. Ok this might make me feel a little better but the standard charge is killing for all small businesses out there.

really terrible experience. they make us for 7 days without notice andthen ask us to wait again on the date of booking without any notice. they only say i dont know how long will be take previous job
