I contacted Adeleen with only two weeks notice for a JuJitsu cake. The cake was absolutely gorgeous to look at and oh so yummy! I will be recommending Baking Journal Cakes to everyone. Everyone had asked me who did this beautiful cake so I have already started advertising this business.
