Went here for dinner on a busy Friday night and it was fantastic! I didn't make a booking before arriving but they accommodated us including a baby and we were seated after only a couple of minutes waiting for a table to become free.Bought several dishes to share amongst the people I was with and the food on the whole was great. My table especially enjoyed the sweet and sour pork and the chicken fried rice.

The urgency to attend to customers and keep up with orders and bring out food in a timely manner is non existent...went with the family for dinner and ordered lots of dishes and this was the first receipt captured in the pic btw, after almost an hour the food trickles out bit by bit?! They bring out one main dish then a long wait then another comes out?? Unacceptable. It should either all come out together or at least not have a long gap to bring the rest out. Food was already getting cold waiting for the rest to be brought to us.

Food is great but service is a hit and miss. They had issues getting orders right, and I thought it was due to being newly opened initially but they continue to mess up orders at last dine in a month ago. Portion sizes for dine in seemed fine, even generous for some of the noodle dishes but the takeaway portion was a joke for my order. $23 for the tofu and mushroom dish that came in a normal takeaway container where I could literally count 12 pieces of tofu floating in the sauce. Better dine in if you don't want to be ripped off.

Do not recommend this place. Bad customer service, owner/manager don’t care about their customer service obviously. We ordered 7 dishes for 3 people, 6 were extremely salty but we had to wait for the fried rice till the end. It still didn’t end up coming after all other dishes are served for 30mins. So we have asked to cancel the fried rice and replace with plain rice only but still didn’t end up coming until we are ready to leave.

The food was great. Service by general staff was fine. The only issue I had was the lady supervisor and their booking system. We booked a table for 8 online and did not specify VIP room or anything. When we got there, they said we were in the VIP room and there’s a minimum spend of $300. I was unaware of this when I booked and even when I confirmed the day before over the phone as I had to adjust numbers, I was not informed. So we had to move out of the VIP room and they put us in a table in the corner next to the garbage carts which stunk throughout the whole meal even though there are other tables that are “reserved” available. We also reserved a table too. It’s not my first time going to this restaurant and have been once allocated into the VIP room with less people than today and there’s as no $300 minimum. She argued that its “always” had a $300 minimum condition. Please be aware when you book your tables.

This restaurant is located in the new shopping centre in Rhodes just next to the train station.The restaurant was clean and the decor was nice. The price was affordable for the food we got. The food was okay and The staffs were friendly.

Our food just took WAY too long to arrive. We’d finish 80% of our dish each time just for the next to arrive. The fried rice took just way TOO long to come by. Can’t enjoy a dish without some rice :(. Felt like it had been an hour since we had ordered the rice.But the servers were nice and especially the waitress with the braided ponytail, she has been great.

Came here one night for dinner as the other places in the area had really long lines and Lilong seemed to be moving a bit faster. They seated us within 10 minutes and got the food out relatively quickly. We had the:- steamed chives, scallop and prawn dumplings: quite good, with a nice casing (not too tough or sticky) and great filling - would recommend!!- signature rice dish: good serving size, and tasted quite good but nothing overly special- salty egg prawns: an acquired taste but also not too bad; I thought the saltiness was a good level and the texture was as expectedOverall, the experience was quite good. They were efficient with their service and the food was decent. Prices were also reasonable

Craving for dumplings and try this restaurant.I'll recommend the xiao long bao and pork dumplings, it's taste better if you eat it while still hot.the watermelon juice and LLB also taste good.
