Snooze Mackay

The worst customer experience from this company. They have refused to give my money back for an item they never delivered and still have / would have re-sold. They have been so unreasonable I have been forced to contact Office of Fair trade to try and rectify. I really cant believe they think its ok to steal and hide behind store policy". I urge you to shop elsewhere if possible."

Great sales, they have a section that can keep your kids entertained as you shop, bought a beautiful bedframe from them at $499 which was at 60% off, wonderful experience.

Excellent customer sevice from Kel and her team. Great price. Mattress is the most comfortable I have ever slept on. The bed is solid timber and I couldn't be happier with my purchase. We'll be back again for the kids beds.

I visited many stores on the day, the staff at snooze were the best by far, they listen to what we wanted. Nothing is to much trouble they held our order in store when our house was delayed and we are now having the best night sleep.

Tracey was so Friendly and Professional when we were choosing new mattresses, made it so easy. Then right through to the Guys who did the delivery, all of the Mackay Snooze Staff are so polite and helpful. Great Local Business, very happy.

Went into Snooze store at Mackay the other day and was greeted by lovely service from Chelene. She listened to our needs and showed us a few options. She gave me a call during the week just to touch base . Went into the store today again, and again great service and we bought our mattress and can’t wait to get it delivered. Chelene also made sure we were covered for a mattress protector, bedspread covers to sheets. Tracey was also very helpful and it was great to have staff who just listened to what you want and not sell you something for the sake of it. They had smiles and laughs and a very pleasant shopping experience will definitely be back. A very big thank you to Chelene and to Tracey.
