Since new management, the new staff have been rude, and arrogant. They make customers feel stupid, especially when ordering and are a little slower then others. They roll their eyes when a ‘stupid’ question has been asked and talk and laugh about said customer loudly in-front of them as well as other customers.The food has gone down, as little respect, care and quality goes into making them. The bottoms of the kebabs always bottom out, the wrapping falls apart. What’s happened !? This is disappointing and discouraging. As a loyal customer before the new change over I won’t be coming back anymore.

I've been buying from this shop for a long time, but recently the quality and care taken with the ingredients has become sloppy. I can't have onion and today the person filling my order used a gloved hand to build my kebab, a glove he did not change between orders, and that had been handling onion. I thought it would be okay, but it made me ill after my first bite. A waste of money.It's a shame because this used to be the best Kebab so around.

Honestly The Worst Kebab I Have Ever Had ! I Order A Kebab With Lots Of Extras & Am Happy To For It... Usually At Any Kebab Shop I Order From ... It Can Barely Be Rolled & Is Full Of Deliciousness, I Get It Cut In Half & My Husband I Can Only Just Manage To Half Each. The One From This Place Was Pathetically Skinny, Minimal Ingredients, No Sauces & Tasted Like Yesterdays Leftover Dry Chicken. I Would Have Taken It Back & Got A Refund, But My Husband Picked It Up On The Way Home - 10min Away. It Went In The Bin ... I I Absolutely Hate To Waste/Throw Away Food. So Thats Saying A Big Something ! I Would Normally Give A Place A Second Chance - But I Will Never Be Going Back !

I have been eating kebabs here since the civic opened and I will no longer be eating here.The service was terrible he took the order and never once looked at me, the kebab was dry and terrible.

They not give you kebab with the lot unless you pay extra. In Thailand is under $3.00 with the lot, but that's Thailand.

u people with the 1 star reviews are playing. these kebabs are top tier, the best in the sunshine coast in my professional opinion. they actually put enough sauce in the kebabs which, as all fellow kebab experts are aware, is RARE. the staff never fail me with fresh falafel and salad kebabs. 10/10 5 stars hats off
