I've bought from JM Embroideries multiple times. They have a great range at reasonable prices, dispatch and delivery is always fast and the service is great.

Would NOT recommend at all!!!! Horrible customer service - asked to have express post ( which I had to pay extra for, & the items cost very little) order canceld & be refunded as has still not arrived by due date & the extended due dates- delayed response & now no response & then has still not processed refund & cancellation!! & Had also explained this was a gift for my nephew's Holy Communion-- not trust worthy & do not recommend at all.....As I was informed by Aus post & sent you the screen shots of them stating that you are able to do it from your end prior to being deemed lost, which I requested several times to no avail...thanks review still stands

Wow the lace I ordered is gorgeous and fast in delivery, will in time order more from them,I made some crochet lace coathangers, the colours of the lace was so pretty ,I used the lace from JM Embroideries

They're really quick, they have an amazing range at low prices and they recycle packaging. I've bought from them via mail order several times now and I don't think I'd ever bother buying sewing or embroidery thread in a shop again (Morwell is a bit far for me to go visit, which might be for the best, since I'm accumulating variegated threads at a shocking rate). I've ordered at least five times from JM Embroideries. Huge range of stock, always sends things out quickly and safely packaged without too much extra packaging for the sake of it. Really easy to find things on the website. And really great to be supporting a small business in the Latrobe Valley.

While there was a small processing error with my order, when I sent an email addressing this, it was investigated and resolved very fast. Products were as anticipated and packaged with care.
