Came on short notice to fix water damage from a storm. He kept me notified about his arrival time. Went above and beyond and talked me through the process to locate and fix the problem and left zero mess behind. He also kept in touch for the following days to ensure the issue was sorted

Lachlan was super neat and tidy and provided excellent customer service to us! He was on time and worked really hard to ensure the best final product.
