Great customer service. The staff are welcoming and very helpful in solving the encountered problems with my iPhone and iPad. The shop exhibit a great level of professionalism.

Phone had no battery, walked into the store and friendly staff member charged my phone for me free of charge when i needed to get myself a ride back home. Excellent customer service!! 5 stars!!

I had ordered battery for my ThinkPad from Lenovo. It never arrived. In fact they after a considerable time I received a cancellation and my money was returned. As I go weekly to the Melbourne Market I pass A.M.T. I took my ThinkPad into the shop, not expecting to get as they say a result". I was surprised that it was not a problem to get a Lenovo replacement and two days later I received a call to advise me that the battery was in and without further ado was fitted. WOW! WOW!The Owner is Bijan. Because of the superb service I then brought in a Nevo Remote which needed a micro switch replaced. I doubted that it could be sourced. Again A.M.T. found a replacement switch. WOW! again. Will I use them again? What do you think? If you have an electronic problem I suggest you give Bijan a call. Tel.No.96639111"

I didn't have a great experience as the laptop internet connection problem I had before taking it there still occured after receiving it back until I did a windows upgrade.After speaking to Bijan (the manager) who was extremely helpful and nice into listening to my complaint and giving an understanding to what was done to my laptop at the time in store, he agreed on a full refund into the matter for which I'm happy with.

They fixed my water damaged MacBook Air very quickly, which was appreciated, by replacing the logic board. Unfortunately they replaced the logic board with one with only half the amount of RAM as my old one and they did not tell me about the downgrade (from 8GB to 4GB). I’m left with an incredibly sluggish machine compared to what I had. I wouldn’t have gone ahead if they hadve told me they were going to replace my logic board with 8 GB RAM for one with only 4GB.I feel kind of ripped off by AMT electronics :(

Disappointed with the service of this store. Got my Macbook Pro serviced here as the battery life sucked. Once I got my device serviced I noticed that the battery moves around and isn't glued down. Whenever I move the laptop I notice it shakes around. Was going to come back but as I live far away this is difficult. Also one of the screws is missing from the bottom. Very disappointed as I spent almost $300 on the repair.

Friendly and efficient service, reasonable prices, and great product knowledge. I dropped off my MacBook Pro at midday for a battery replacement and deep clean and picked it back up within an hour and a half. Highly recommend

Went in to get simcards, they were very friendly and helpful. Quick and easy.Very efficient too, got in and out fast with everything we needed. Would definitely recommend this place for any IT needs.

I had an absolutely terrible experience with this business and would never recommend it to anyone. They claim to be electronic experts who can fix any problem, but my experience with them suggests otherwise.I brought in my keyboard because one of the buttons wasn't working. Despite telling them that my keyboard was not Bluetooth but had a cable, they didn't seem to know what hot swap" meant. Nevertheless

Nice staff, excellent job! I went to almost all the mobile and laptop repair shop trying to fix the damage screw. This guy just took 10min to get it out for me!! Unbelievable service! Definitely recommend this company.
