We’re fantastic to deal with when we bought our 2 new e-bikes. We then had a major mishap which was our fault and we damaged one of our new bikes. Rob and Tim were fantastic and really helped us out. Very unimpressed, ordered and paid for an item at $59.95, they rang to say it was the incorrect picture and the price was 89.95. I had to ask if they could offer a discount, considering the transaction had gone through, and they only offered 10%. Needless to say, I requested a refund, which they did.

I’m new to riding, Impressed with how good the bike felt after the service.They helped my elderly mother (who dropped off the bike) by grabbing the bike from the car. Also gave me some general maintenance tips and tricks.Highly recommend!

Been in a few times since I moved to Altona meadows. Great neighbourhood bike shop. Everything from basic push bike pedals, to full race bikes. Nice crew and very knowledgeable. Happy to support and wear the Salter Cycles kit around. Would recommend.

The legends at Salter Cycles are absolute 5 star cycling gods! They are incredibly helpful and generous with their time and knowledge. If you need anything to do with any kind of bike (from mountain to road to fixie to electric to kids to all the boys and bobs and beyond), do not pass go, do not collect $200, go STRAIGHT to Salter Cycles. 100% would recommend.
