Very scared to try new salon to cut my hair but 100 percent recommend! Place was super clean and neat... and the cut was superb! Hahahah made Devon as my friend as well! Well done!

I deeply regret that I got my hair done here at Devon Duyen. My hair is damaged after getting straightened. Strands became frizzy, thin and breaks easily. Few strands comes off when I comb my hair with my fingers and all the more if I use a brush and also when I wash my hair. I brought it back to her and she insisted that it is not damaged and she blamed my grey hair that's why it is frizzy and dry. 15% of my hair is grey and not all of them. I told her that my hair was not like this before I went to her. If only I could post a photo of my hair before and after. She was kind enough to offer me a one-off free treatment which she did but still, my hair is already damaged. I actually have a bald patch.After the one off treatment my hair continued to fall, I had a plenty of breakage which made my hair so thin. I requested for a refund but they declined my request. THEY DENIED THAT IT WASN'T THEIR FAULT THAT MY HAIR WAS DAMAGED. THEY DO NOT TAKE RESPONSIBILITY AND ADMIT THAT THEY RUINED MY HAIR. WHICH IS A SERVICE NOT DONE WITH DUE CARE AND SKILL. I went to another service provider to check my hair and they have said that it is because of the chemical that they have used on my hair that is why my hair was cooked. The other service provider wrote a letter stating my hair's condition when I walked in their salon and what service they have done to prevent more damage. I sent that letter to Devon Duyen's email by the name of Barry Bui but I did not get any response at all and just ignored my email.

Would not let this woman near my hair with scissors or thinning shears. My hair has been ruined, she thinned it a crazy amount and I’ve a bunch of dead hair left from beautiful thick hair. Please beware before going here, would not recommend at all!! It’ll take me months or years to grow back and fix

Awesome! She gave my 3 boys haircuts and my youngest was scared but she was very nice and explained to him or doesn't hurt and managed to cut his hair. Thank you!
