Even you cancel lessons in advance, they will charge you still. I experienced Sydney Flood，so cannot Make it to send kid to learn swimming. I cancel lessons in advance by calling them and explain reasons.They still charge me for full price！ That is bad service.

We have been with 5 Star Swim School for a few months now and are very impressed with the business. Our teachers have been Sarah and Ryan who have made learning to swim fun and engaging for our 3 year old. We couldn’t recommend these guys highly enough!

Thank you Brock for being a caring and supportive instructor to our very nervous daughter. She now has water safety skills and has moved up a level. This is so encouraging. We took her to another local swim school and saw zero improvement from 6 mths of lessons. 1 term with these brilliant instructors and her confidence and skills has skyrocketed. Can’t speak more highly about 5 Star Swim Tuggerah.

We love 5 star swim school at Tuggerah and really enjoy our lessons. My son does a class with Sunny and she is always attentive and amazing with my kids. I highly recommend her if you’re thinking of attending 5 star swim school Tuggerah.

The team at 5-star Swim School Tuggerah has been amazing to us. Always helpful, always friendly and kind - particularly Angus and Tanya at the front desk. The coaching staff are brilliant with kids and we’ve seen a great improvement in our kids’ abilities since joining. Thanks Guys!

Very friendly and helpful staff. Pools are clean and the hydrotherapy pool is warm. The staff test the water regularly and clean the surrounds, baby changeroom and the bathroom each time I am there. Highly recommend.
