Wow! Such beautiful gardens filled with many varieties of flowers and trees. We have driven past here many times and today we decided to stop and take a look. I was so surprised to see how big it is. Was lovely to see several families of Ducks & ducklings. Nice seeing the turtles and hearing the frogs. There was a singing kookaburra which we couldn’t spot but could hear it. Loved all the spring colours. Lots of signage along the paths detailing the names of plants/flowers and where they’re from. We walked 6 km within the gardens. There are many paths all weaving into one another. Lots of benches situated around the park. Toilets located within the park. Car parking available. A really cool playground for kids to play and lots of picnic areas with sheltered tables to sit and eat at. Best part is that it’s free! Very well maintained.

Beautiful little spot, an easy relaxing walk around some beautiful gardens, accessible for just about anybody, prams, wheelchairs, walkers etc. Great spot to practice some nature photography too. Has 2 toilet block facilities as well which is really convenient.

Lovely, well maintained garden with a great lake to look at. There is a playground close to the car park, but it is more aimed at 5+ years as some of the equipment is just too big for a toddler. Swings and nest swing were fine however. It also has a really big seat.

Great place, very beautiful and you feel great happiness and fun! These beautiful gardens are filled with many types of flowers and trees. We've been here a few times and today we decided to stop by and have a look. I was very surprised to see its size. It was great to see so many families of ducks and ducklings. Nice to see turtles and hear frogs. There was a singing kookaburra which we couldn't spot but we could hear. I love all the colors of spring. Lots of benches are located around the park. Restrooms located within the park. Parking is available. Really nice playground for kids to play and several picnic areas with sheltered tables to sit and eat. The best part is that it's free! Very good condition.. I mainly go do some bird pictures around the place where there are different types of birds. There is also a recently added playground area. It's not as big as parks in the city or a tall mountain, but it's still a nice place that I definitely recommend to people.

One of the least impressive botanic gardens in S.A. but certainly good to visit if you're a local. Smaller grounds, big lake, small stream, playground to one side, ample parking and toilets. Places where you can sit and chill out and have a picnic.
