Came in today to buy speakers but not knowing my way around audio technology. Dan was extremely helpful and patient in explaining what I need for specific situations. He didn’t not spare any detail and even the seemingly simplest questions, he was able to explain it to me in ways that were familiar and applicable to my band needs. Saw Derringers competitive price online on a guitar I wanted for hubby's birthday. I called up instead and spoke with Gerrit who knocked the price down a bit more and we did the transaction over the phone. Could not believe the incredible service and ease of the order and I actually received the guitar the next morning (Adelaide to Melbourne..wow!!! ). He also made sure the box was covered in blackplastic in case my husband sighted it, as this is a surprise gift.This level of service has surpassed anything I have ever encountered in my history of purchasing.
