Be very careful with this dodgy property developer. I purchased a land from them a year ago. The entire company just vanished. The lady Jyoti who works from Castle Group looks after my DA approval did not answer the calls. I have a loan with the bank but cannot build anything because they have not provide the document that the bank is asking for. Its now in a limbo.
