I was quite hesitant using any courier to send a large piece of carbon fiber from Melbourne to the West Coast. Kai was very patient will all my questions. On top of the freight charge I also opted to pay the extra fee (~150) for Kai to create a custom box and pack the item. After receiving the item, I can say paying the extra is well worth the money.I was extremely impressed with the perfect box they created using sturdy cardboard and glued together. It basically looked like a professional box from a manufacturer. I highly recommend that if you have any fragile or odd shaped items that you utilise this service as its well worth the additional cost. Item was received quickly too!
