I went to this physio business for the first time yesterday. Firstly the receptionist had great customer service skills and then I saw Travis for a treatment on my knee. I’ve never had anyone work on my knee like he did. He is so knowledgeable and thorough. Today my knee is great. I have to go back for a follow up treatment but really my knee feels fantastic. Thank you so much Travis. Great work.

How fortunate I am to have discovered this gem! Firstly the reception staff are very friendly and well presented and they provide a very professional reflection on the service. I made an appointment with Maddie, who was very thorough and has a very friendly disposition. The appointment was for my son due to pain he was experiencing in his legs, especially on waking first thing in the morning then heightening after playing sport. Maddies consultation was thorough and asked questions about his symptoms before the treatment and she made notes of his medical history to ensure that she had full background. I liked the way that she looked for the source of the problem in order to gauge suitable treatments. She did not leave us in the room to attend to another patient or to answer a phone call.She was very attentive and caring showing us simple stretching techniques to do over the following week before our next appointment. After my experience of this exceptional service at The Healthy Body Company I have no hesitation in recommending them very highly and I certainly would not consider going anywhere else. These certainly are dedicated, highly trained and experienced physiotherapists.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
