Just a super friendly experience all-together ordering from them online. I called to inquire in on an early morning because the system altered my order due to a recalled item and Kate was amazingly friendly and apologetic even when it was not their fault.I was offered a refund out the gate before having asked for it, but I was happy with the alternative product and I received a very kind handwritten note and voucher with my order.The personal approach was a very beautiful touch. Thank you guys

I gave Supercool a five star purely because of the manager. She was lovely, attentive and warm. I was having a bad day, and she got that, and treated me with respect. To the owners, you have a great person here... Look after her.

I bought the coolest rain jacket for my daughter from Supercool! Let’s just say that their name is 100% spot on! They are kind and caring and all round super cool, and they stock amazing stuff!If you ever run out of gift ideas, look no further. Super friendly staff, the best curated collection of books. The perfect place if you need a gift for someone hard to buy for. They're also online. I highly recommend their Kollab picnic rugs but they sell out quickly so don't hesitate.

Super cool by name and super cool gifts and tid bits for the home. A huge range of items from bags, baby clothes, cushions, mugs etc. a great place in south Melbourne market for that last minute gift. Great customer service and gift wrapping.
