I got four new tyres on my wife's Mazda 3 today and was really impressed with the service. I needed this done before the weekend if possible and wanted Khumo Solus which they had to get in so booked me in for 3 pm to ensure that they had time to get the delivery. I was a bit late getting there due to traffic and they estimated 1.5 hours to fit balance do 4 x wheel alignments then test drive. Got a video message on progress update about 1/2 an hour in and the total job took an hour.Very impressed with your service. Thanks guys !

The team at The new Berrinba store were very helpful and friendly. They helped me choose my new Supercats, Tom looked after my tyres and it was like driving a new car. Wife took our patrol in for a rotate balance and wheel alignment, I asked for the spare to be put on that didn't happen when I rang up and asked why, they forgot. Also every other wheel alignment I've had even with a work vehicle I've gotten a data sheet with before and after value's, nothing. Won't be back!

Worst place to go too. Mark is an old guy I understand sometimes he thinks he knows everything told me I needed a new radius arm and lower control arm. I asked if they could find Parts they said give them at least two hours I waited they came back with me saying they can’t find the parts so I decided to find a parts myself. I got the part with in 30 minutes no problem. So I had a weird feeling about it 3 different mechanics and told me nothing was wrong with it. Then I called back and told them that there was nothing wrong with it.all it needed was a wheel alignment Still being in denial Mark an rudely hangs up. Kids stuff mata ridiculous

Been here twice now.Got new tyres and wheel alignment first time. Great service.Second time rebalance/rotate no wheel alignment need.Staff are friendly and helpful.

Four new tyres fitted today to the wife's MX5. Included fitting and balancing, and I was surprised when the young bearded gentleman spent around half to three quarters of an hour getting everything perfect. This included front and rear alignment and also the camber. Best wheel alignment I have ever had done and provided a full printout of before and after settings. Absolute professional job. This fellow knows his stuff.The young bloke that removed and replaced the wheels and tyres beforehand surprised me with a tension wrench to set the wheel nuts rather than the standard rattle gun.Need a job done right, these are the blokes to see.No, I'm not related or friends with anyone there. Just a happy client.Thanks fellas.
