The most satisfying point is the detail supplied by the staff! The first day I arrived, I didn't receive the call from the hotel, but I saw the notice paper stick on the window and told me which room I lived. In addition, on weekdays they would clean the room every day and make your bed and the whole room tidy, which made me have a good mood aftering getting back to room every day! Especially the price is very acceptable and highly match everything there! Thanks for your good service!The location is a little distant. If you wanna buy and eat something, you must walk around 15 minutes to reach Mc Donald or Subway. But anyway, the price is good and the transportaion is convenient. You can take 906 to reach city around 30 minutes! If I will travel to Melbourne next time, I must come back again!

Everything was good about here.The room was large and the bed was comfortable.Good accessibility.The hotel has a very beautiful open space.They just need to renovate some facilities, especially the restroom.

I stay here for 1 night for my daughters dance comp, the staff were friendly and helpful, the room was clean and the gardens were beautiful. I will stay again next time i have a comp in the area.

Great experience. We stayed there for three nights and were absolutely satisfied. Staff at reception was very helpful and friendly. Excellent location being very close to Eastern freeway. We'll definitely stay there again. And we highly recommend the place to future guests. Many thanks to the management.

When I was planning my wedding I visited this place, a small beautiful place in the outskirts of the city, nice chappel, wedding venues and a huge array or sections to take some amazing photos. Unfortunately, I was not able to book this place for the wedding however, I would recommend this place.My only downfall was the menu, where it was not too flexible.

Beautiful and clean room cleaned daily. The rooms could do with some minor repairs and a paint but still extremely comfortable.10/10 love the electric blankets after a long cold night out drinking.

Absolutely loved the beautiful gardens. Very well taken care of! There is room for either outdoor or indoor weddings and events. It rained the last minute for the wedding I was shooting and everything was ready and just transferred quickly to the beautiful little chapel. Staff were very polite, menu was very tasty! Thanks for all team!

Andrew and his team were so good looking after us on our wedding day! So impressed by the food, the staff and the venue, the reception was so successful thanks to the team who looked after us for all the big and small things. Great job guys!
