I came in on the Thursday night before Father's Day. When I entered the store something in my bags set off the security beeper in the doorway. One of the female staff was so kind to point out to me that one of my earlier purchases from another store may still have had the security tag. She was also helpful to go through the items to see if we could identify it.After that she was incredible to help me find shorts to buy and provided me with outstanding service from the second I walked in, to the moment I left (and didn't beep on the way out :))

No customer service. Went in to buy shoes completely ignored by the 2 male salespeople. We talked about shoes asking ea other which were running ones they clearly heard us and still did not acknowledge us. If this was my staff I wouldn't be happy at all. Won't be returning will go back to Rebel where you do get customer service.

I went into the Elizabeth store and was served by a remarkable young man named Lincoln M..he did his company proud with his customers service. He check the sale which was Shoes and found faults with and went out if his way to make sure the shoes that I was buying where in the top condition snd he also laced them up ..His customer service was totally excellent.thank you Lincoln M

A large range of sports shoes, clothing and sporting accessories.Service at the counter by Kayla was awesome! Friendly, helpful and she reminded me of my loyalty card, which saved me $20.I appreciate the time she took to update my details as well.I also was impressed with the opportunity to purchase a fundraising carry bag, with Kayla explaining this month's charity Sportspower were supporting.We purchased a great pair of Nike sneakers for my Son's girlfriend. She absolutely loves them!Wheelchair access is available.

Had to travel an hour to use my gift card. Zurich gift card. Anyways the store was busy and staff were too. Very nice staff. Very lovely staff, very pleasant and helped me get clothing and shoes for my daughter. I’d visit again if I didn’t like travelling so far

Never get any service in here. Walked in and there were 3 staff doing nothing behind the counter. I was in there for a good 20min and after nothing I bought my shoes direct from Puma whilst standing looking at the shoes.As I walked out nothing was said..
