Can not recommend the expertise of Kayla at Richmond King enough! Kayla’s extensive product knowledge enabled her to quickly identify the perfect lounge for us. She effortlessly considered the functionality and style of our space. She found the ideal piece that fits our budget, ticks our pet requirements and addresses our need for colour. We felt comfortable and assured throughout the entire process. All our questions were answered with ease and explained with industry know how. Thank you so much Kayla and we can’t wait for the delivery!

NOT RECOMMENDED. Ordered a couch with King Furniture in September last year and was told that it’d be delivered by the end of Nov/start of Dec. Delivery didn’t come until Jan this year and faulty back rest brackets were delivered. Took them 5 months to redeliver them today and again the wrong items were delivered. It’s been nearly a year since I placed my order and I still don’t have what I paid for. Do not order from them.

Great quality and service. We have bought 3 items from Richmond store Samantha our sales assistant was very helpful and fantastic. We had also Jason & Nadir who installed everything together in our house and I can tell we won't be able to do it by ourself.I definitely recommend king living and the team in Richmond.

We had such a good experience with King Living Richmond.We went in with a general idea of what we wanted and were guided the rest of the way by Sam. Her expertise in the King Living product and what would suit us and our space were second to none. She was always chasing up our questions and queries and made sure that we felt looked after through the whole order process. Her experience with design and her eye for detail ensured that we ended up with a realised end result that we're more than happy with.The lead times on our delivery were on par with other companies and were on time with what they predicted. The communication and updates from Sam and the team were fantastic through this time period and the whole process in general.Would highly recommend Sam and the Richmond King Living store based off of our experience.

Update: This has been resolved. Order reference: RIC23030188Thank you to Rita and Kayla for great customer service, they pushed for my order to be delivered on the due date. Thank you to Elliott who passed my messages down the line and assisted along the way and Kaitlyn for pushing dispatch on her end. I would have given the dispatch team a negative review and I would advise them in the future to please read your emails, when selling premium products and paying for this price you expect premium service that comes with that price tag.

Harry and Jason were phenomenal and went above and beyond. They delivered the sofa to Anglesea and set up the base - they noticed that the warehouse had forgotten to pack the seat and back cushions so drove back to South Melbourne to get the cushions. On unpacking them Harry noticed one of the protective wrappers had torn leaving q mark on the cushion- he notified his immediate boss who has organised for a technician to attend and rectify.

I purchased a Jasper 1AB lounge late last year and was incredibly happy with the service I recieved at store level from the King team in Richmond - especially Alan. Always quick to follow up with me on the phone or via email with any updates. I visited the store a couple more times to purchase a large media console and ottoman for my Jasper lounge (which I love). Both Alan and Rita have been fantastic and will continue to shop with them in future.

After visiting many furniture stores in Melbourne, we settled for King living in Richmond. We purchased the Jasper couch, dining table and chairs and Theatre room seating. We were blown away with the great customers service provided by Kayla and the team. Very helpful and patient to help meet all our needs and concerns.... keep up the good work Kayla and the team at King Living Richmond!Look fwd to delivery and enjoying our new furniture.

I contacted King furniture about getting a sofa reupholstered.You were very happy to take my money when I purchased and I will say it was not a great experience. But I thought I would contact you about the recovering. Mistake! I should have learnt from the first time.The service on the phone was terrible.The person I spoke to was talking down to me with an attitude.I should know all about my sofa and the identifying tags.I was definitely wasting her time. Everything was a problem and the sighs and her exasperation on the phone were almost comical in volume.I was looking at either changing the look with new upholstery or maybe getting into a new sofa.No thanks, will go somewhere else.I have since called a reupholstering company who went out of the way to help and I am now waiting for a quote.No thanks to King. I definitely won’t be wasting any more of your time and as a sidebar, I am thinking of selling the sofa after this interaction.

Antoine, nadir and Kirby did a splendid job in fixing the configuration. This is a job that required especial technician. However, they had all the special tools and be able to do it right on the spot instead of me having to wait a few weeks to get a technician. Thank you so much to the team and king living Richmond !
