Great Customer Service and Support, Quality Product, Best Value and an Australian Company.After learning the basics on an X-Carve I upgraded to a Heavy Mill. It's a very sturdy machine for a kit build and customisable in size to suit space requirements. Working mostly with hardwoods, It runs smoothly and doesn't fuss about with a 1.5kW spindle given the Feeds and Speeds are dialled in.Customer Service and Technical Support by Ben, the owner of 3DTek has be outstanding. When there's ever been a issue with hardware or software, Ben has been a phone call away. Capable of trouble shooting over the phone or remotely accessing laptop / PC to resolve problem. To sending replacement parts out quickly.Highly Recommend.

Bought some cable from them online. After paying for my purchases, I was not given a recipe or any email confirmation of my order. 3 days later the money was taken from my account but still no confirmation of my purchase.After not receiving anything in the mail after 2 weeks I tried to contact them via the website chat, email and phone. Its been another week and still no reply to my emails and the phone still says the number is off.I wouldn't buy anything from these guys as I'm not even sure they are open.

Ben from 3dtek, has got to be the most knowledgeable and helpful person in the mid to large format range of cnc's in Australia. This guy is happy to help you in anyway he can, I've purchased some items from him over the past few months to complete my custom built cnc. I have bought my components from all over the globe, even running software that i have never used before, and i have no knowledge of cnc use.In 4 phone calls over the space of 3 or so months. I have gone from no cnc to a functional cnc with some knowledge of how to use it and how to build one. Keeping in mind i was on a small budget to build one.If you want to take up a new skill i recommend cnc is the way to go, while keeping up with technology and the way the world is moving forward.I would recommend if you want to get into the cnc world, most definitely give him a call or email if its after business hours or even txt. Even if your buying one of his badass machines or if you just want entry level to get started. Ben is the man to call

I Ordered a heavy mill, it came strait away. I need some help so I rang them, very helpful and easy to get ahold of or always contacted me strait back... the customer service was excellent and product is amazing I can cut up to 9000mm so I very happy customer

No response to emails or Facebook messages for over a month. I received the kit however the Wasteboard that was shipped has been lost by the couriers so I have ended up just making my own. I am also waiting on a timeframe for when the clamps I ordered will be shipped.I found the company responsive before I ordered anything but with no response to any emails or Facebook messages in well over a month there is no post sales support.

Received missing parts. Had trouble reaching the store. When I got onto them Ben quickly attempted to rectify the issue.

I've been dealing with 3dTEK (AU) for the past 18months or so.Depending on the day, you may get great advice and service or none whatsoever.I didn't get it" Is the response you'll likely hear regarding any emails. Whatsapp is better beacause at least you can see he's just ignoring you.Missing orders that were "sent"

Ordered the Heavy mill. Very happy with this product and the customer service when I had a few questions.

I bought a XYZ carve about 6 months ago. Ben Has been instrumental in helping me get my machine running. He literally spent 3 hours on the phone with me one night helping me with fusion 360 code and errors I was getting. I had small fire in my machine just last week on Thursday (my fault), but Ben replaced the part by the next day. Great service - know how and tech knowledge is amazing. Thanks Ben!!!!!
