Atrocious!! I was just going to let this one go but it seriously was such a bad experience that I couldn’t leave it be. At settlement our property was delivered to us in a disgusting state despite me raising my concerns about the cleanliness of the property several times as you can see in the photos.We found Susan as very deceitful in several different areas. The first being around the pool fence certification, we were told that everything was up to standard which it was if you drag the fridge out of its nook and also change all the drawers to lockable ones which wasn’t done. The second being around a large cupboard which had appeared to be built in, was left there for final inspection which Susan helped us go through all the drawers checking that the previous owners hadn’t left anything behind, for us only to find at handover the day after that it had been removed.Susan also contacted a friend that I had that worked in the same industry to check on my financial status.I would highly recommend avoiding Duet and especially Susan James.

I chose Michelle due to her success in selling houses in my neighborhood. In talking to her she gave me confidence that she has a good handle on the local real estate market and would be able to achieve a good price for my house. This proved to be the case. I also appreciated the one stop shop service that Michelle provides, whereby Michelle and her team manage the whole pre-sale process, which made the sale process a lot easier for me.

AMAZING!!!It͏ is a pity that I can only rate Susan with 5 stars as she is definitely worth 10! She helped me to purchase an investment property which was highly sought after and went completely out of her way to help me secure the deal. Always available and so affable when it came to our purchase. Everything was always well prepared and I basically only had to sign the deal. Professional and no empty promises. I bought my Perth house through Jay while I was in Sydney.
