After sales service is dreadful.Had a problem with our freshly laid carpet.A member of their staff came and checked the carpet and promised to put in a warranty claim.Heard nothing for 4 weeks,called numerous times and promised a call back but never happened.Finally after numerous unreturned call I received a call from the rep who advised he had only just received our warranty paperwork approx 4 weeks after the initial visit and he was still 3 weeks away from checking our carpets. Called and spoke to the manager and he promised to find out where the breakdown in the system was and return my call.Needless to say I am still waiting once again for his call….

Excellent service, excellent product, great communication. Had plantation shutters, blinds and panel glides fitted. Highly recommend .

The first time I called choice's Flooring, they verbally assured me that someone would get back to me to arrange a quote.I never heard from them.Then a few weeks later I requested a quote via their on-line service and still have not heard from Choice's flooring.I would never trust this company. If they can't get back to you then they obviously can't do their job either.Poor poor service.
