Worst customer service I have had!!!The sales lady was so unhelpful bording on flat out rude. She was joking with other customers but I had to get my own sizes and did not check if I needed help after the first time when I said I did not need help just yet but I will. She checked on others multiple times and only seemed interested in the people she assumed would spend most. She did not know her Ariat prouducts well at all. I ended up finding a boot I liked and size that fitted by myself then calling all things country in Tumut and buying them there where the lady was so helpful, friendly and had so much more stock even though the shop was smaller. Such a better experience at Tumut. I would not buy from this shop at all because she was so rude!

Had a laybuy of Ariat Boots for my partner instore had $200 paid off now they can't seem to find the laybuy and have no interest in looking for it, I don't recommend thieves especially when the owner is just snarly and has no interest in helping customers who spend money, then online prices are different to what it is instore, online will be $10-20 cheaper an they have no interest in checking or matching there online price,
