I purchased an Aklanda 100% wool merino cardigan last winter from a retailer in the NSW Blue Mountains. On getting it out of storage this winter it had a hole in the back from a lowlife moth who came in to my wardrobe uninvited. I contacted Arklanda who offered to repair it for me so it was posted off. I received an Express Post bag 3 days later and inside was a brand new cardigan! They had replaced at completely no charge even though there was no fault on their side. Excellent service and Sue Doyle was very pleasant on the phone when I called to thank them. Wonderful to receive such great service from an Australian manufacturer with top quality products.
