The Cheesecake Shop Albany Creek - Permanently Closed. Closest stores: Aspley and Strathpine

My daughter specifically requested a cake from The Cheesecake Shop for her 10th birthday. We visited the shop last Monday to pre-order a cake for pick-up on the weekend. On pick-up day our cake was ready exactly when I requested and was decorated beautifully! Cheesecake Shop cakes are always so SCRUMPTIOUS!!! The owner and staff here are genuinely friendly, but special mention to the young lady who took our order last Monday afternoon (sorry I don't remember your name). She was so nice and helpful when we were struggling to choose just one cake from the many beautiful cakes on display. Totally recommend!

From the time we ordered the cake over the phone to licking our lips after dessert, this shop provided a great experience. The phone and over the counter interaction was friendly, efficient and personable. The cake looked awesome and tasted out of this world.

Can’t rave enough about the Black Forest cake they made for my husbands 70th birthday this month. It was beautifully decorated, the cream was fresh oh and the cake was light as a feather. Very pleased indeed shall certainly be going there again.

Excellent cakes and service but confused by opening hours sign out the front. They drew over the numbers in pen which can not be seen while driving by.

If I could leave no stars I would.I had a voucher that was due to expire on Sunday night (23rd) I ordered two cakes online with said voucher and chose pick up date to be today/Tuesday (25th)I went into the store today to pick up my orders that had already been paid for to be told that because the voucher is NOW expired I would have to pay more money.Which is totally incorrect as head office said they do still honour it as my order was placed before it was to expire.I had ANOTHER voucher that i asked to be used instead which was different to the first and was told that it doesn’t work with her store even though it wasn’t checked.Fast forward I was swore at, told to get out of her store, that I wouldnt be given my cakes NOR a refund.I’ve never met someone so disgusting as this worker.I will never shop here again and will be urging my friends and family to do the same.

Covid 19!!! So since the virus has been around I've gone crazy eating cheesecakes, in fact 5 cheesecakes since 31st March $154!!! . Cheesecakes 10/10, service from the owner 10/10, happy to be giving business to local shops. Tonight, however, I was very upset to be told I wasn't allowed to use my free half cheesecake cause of covid!!!! After all my business!!! So I went to Woolies & bought a $9 cheesecake!!!!

Owner extremely rude to me when I politely asked if I could have a discount as last cheesecake I wanted was in display cabinet. She asked why should she discount in very rude way then refused to sell me cheesecake she had boxed up and I was just about to pay for. Then she actually showed me the door. Have supported her business for many years but never again!!

My wife always gets cakes from this store and they're fresh and delicious. What I find perplexing are the number of negative reviews given to this business. I've asked my wife how this can be and she says that she has no idea. The lovely lady who serves her (every time) is delightful, full of personality and couldn't be more helpful. Anyway we'll certainly be back. Highly recommend!!
