Daydream Pools has been absolutely fantastic to deal with. Colin has assisted us with general pool maintenance and sourcing a new robot. He calls back promptly and has troubleshooted over the phone on numerous occasions to help when we have had an issue. Genuine guy, honest and cares about his clients. Has built pools for friends, a couple in challenging sites, and I'd recommend chatting to Colin if you are considering a pool.

Such a pleasure dealing with Colin and Brian. Very professional, helpful and knowledgeable. Everything was explained step by step and always there to answer any questions. Our pool was installed and ready to swim in 4 days. Great team to deal with. Very happy with our pool and have no hesitation in recommending Daydream Pools.

Would not recommend! When we contacted Daydream Pools regarding issues after our concrete pool was built, no communication, literally blocking me from the business fb page. Not even a response saying sorry to hear this has happened. A true test of any business is how they respond when issues arise, every business is good until something goes wrong, but the great businesses are the ones who will look to resolve any issues. Sadly these guys are not one! QBCC have been contacted, Daydream Pools informed QBCC they would make contact with us before Christmas and still no communication to date from Daydream Pools. Poor service would not recommend.

Daydream Pools have been great to deal each time we have used them.- advice and repair on my parents' 20yr old pool which had cracks near the top and was leaking- trial, purchase and training for a pool robot for the pool at our apartment block- design and build of a new pool.From start to finish, Colin and Brian have always been open and honest about the pros and cons of design choices and it's resulted in an amazing pool that we are proud to show off to friends and family.

Colin and Brian were so helpful through the entire process. They were the best value for money, most reliable and did such a great job. Very professional, had the pool dig and concrete done within 3 days even though we had very narrow access. The aftercare has been amazing, nothing is too much trouble. Very happy customers, would highly recommend!
