Tim and his crew are THE MOST polite and HONEST people I know. Recently, I asked a mechanic how much it would cost me to replace a broken inner door handle if I supplied the part. The quote I got was $150.00 Being dissatisfied with the quote, I took the car to Lardner Automotive. Tim (The owner) took one look at it and fixed it for me in a couple of seconds and did not charge me for it.This business has done other work for me at various times and notably have the prices been excellent; their skill and level of professionalism has been OUTSTANDING. Second to none. I highly recommend them to anyone who wants a great job done on their cars. Tim and the boys and girls at Lardner Automotive are a credit to Warragul and the RACV. After taking my 1st car in to Lardner Automotive for a RWC I was given a quote for the repairs.After giving them the OK, I waited about 2 months for my car. Then I was informed of an extra $310 charged for a electrical work(a broken horn relay?!) After my father in-law drove the car he noticed a brake shudder.As he was unhappy with the work done by Lardner Automotive he had an independent RWC report done. This showed work that was charged for had in fact not been done and the car was not roadworthy. After contacting the owner Tim of Lardner Automotive numerous times with no success as he is disinterested in rectifying their mistake, I have had no choice but to contact the RACV Head Office. Makes you wonder how often this happens! Pays to get a second opinion!

Ball joint replacement whilst travelling. Greatly appreciated the quick and short notice services they provided. Back on the road within 1.5 days. Excellent establishment

After the RACV tow truck was unavailable for 24hrs the vehicle was sat for 7 days NO LIAN CAR until advising they don't have skills to determine or repair and suggest taking it to a Mazda dealer. ONLY to then chase us for fee for diagnosing that they don't know the fault. RACV membership is suppose to assist but their mechanics repeatedly don't attend unsurpassed roads or suggest driving with no brakes etc to their workshop my policy is NO FIX NO PAY with ROGUEWORTHY mechanics after the useless drama's at this workshop over the years.

What a great business to deal with. Ben went out of his way to help us out. I highly recommend them absolutely great customer service.

My favourite boys. Polite, respectful, and helpful to anyone that walks through the door. To me, very patient. A massive lot, not a tiny shop. Everyone is good at their jobs. All very nice guys. My car is 26 years old and has been yawning for a while, loosing precious premium 98. Now, it is starting to purr like a little kitten, the fuel, perfect position. In the end, she will be a clean well run machine. Why, because I LOVE MY CAR and if u love your car you take it these guys. Plus, they use my favourite oil, Penrite. The best motors and cars are made where? JAPAN Plus, I miss the Scotty Kilmer show on utube, that guy cracks me up on anything to do with cars. He is American. If your feelin down, just watch him, great sense of hunour. He will have you laughing in no time. But, watch a few first.
