Very bad shopping experience!!! I can’t believe the staff 68235 was shouting at us and calling the security to kick us out of the store when we asked her to provide the related refund and gift voucher policy!! The staff even interrupted us and yelling “Listen!” to my friend!! She continues changing her wording about the exchange, refund, and gift voucher policy. What she said was inconsistent with the beginning conversation. She was so aggressive and so rude. I don’t think her impolite behaviour aligns with Mac and estee lauder’s company culture. Don’t go to this shop!!!

I had my make up done at Mac in Myer at Macquarie centre for my wedding day and I absolutely loved it! The girl who did my make up made getting my make up such a joyful and memorable experience. I love Mac products and I appreciate the staff’s expertise and service. Thank you.

We complained that there is no any price tag to the product, she said:” It’s your responsibility to ask the price!” She also continues changing her wording about the exchange and refund policy. What she said was inconsistent with the beginning conversation. When I asked why I have to pay for the voucher myself to do the refund, she even said:” I said I will give you the gift voucher but I didn’t say you don’t have to pay for it!” That sounds so ridiculous and is definitely a customer fraud. She was so aggressive and so rude. I don’t think her impolite behaviour aligns with Mac and estee lauder’s company culture. I will definitely raise a formal complaint to the Head office for her behavior. Don’t go to this shop!!!

Only one person on staff, was entirely ignored for over 15 mins. Very poor customer service. Definitely recommend MECCA or Sephora instead

I've not worn makeup for a long time and was in need of a good foundation. Prior to stepping into this store I had tried two other big beauty specific stores hoping that with a large variety of brands, their staff would help me find my ideal match. While they were OK I felt that there had to be better. I had used MAC eyeshadows in the past and walked into this store on a whim. I was immediately greeted warmly by Darren. He listened to my priorities, assessed my skin and matched it beautifully! He was kind and made the entire experience enjoyable (I dislike wearing makeup). Lighting is always terrible with makeup stores (hello store design team?!?) so armed with hand mirror, we walked out of the store to assess the 4 foundations he had tried on my skin (after proper prep unlike the other places). I made a decision and then he did my entire face properly showing me proper brush technique all the way. He gave me samples of products that he used that I wasn't necessarily thinking of buying but he had used on me that day. I walked in only wanting to find a foundation but he was so helpful that I decided to also pick up a lippie in store. Again he listened to my criteria and came through with the goods! The team in the store that day (11 Dec 2019) were all wonderful. Yes it is a small store but the customer service was superb. Thank you very much Darren.

This is my local go-to pro store for me to buy MAC products for my makeup kit. Every single shopping experience has been fantastic and the staff go out of their way to be attentive and helpful.

Amazing team! Had Eleni walk through tips and products with me to finish my everyday make up routine! Also spoke to Natalie about some of the products! Absolutely lovely ladies that knew the best products to work with what I was after and gave awesome service!

Lovely service today when I went in to buy a cream blush the lady was very sweet !!

Visited MAC store yesterday with my husband (19/5). There was 1 guy working and only 1 other customer in the store at the time.From when we walked in, MAC rep spent more than 15 mins giving his customer 150% of his attention! Didn't even look in our direction! Didn't even acknowledge us!! So we moved to the counter and continued to wait there. The other customer finally made a decision, and joined us at the counter. STILL we're being ignored. 0 eye contact, 0 acknowledgement, 0 greeting. All the while I'm standing BESIDE the customer he's currently serving!!!!!!! After that transaction, No apology whatsoever was given!! SOO PATHETIC!!! I literally gave him the product and shade I was after, paid and took my product within 3 mins of him saying hello to us! After using MAC for years - WORST CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!! MAC gave the complete opposite experience of what I received when I went next door to Mecca!

Loved my makeup lesson with Eleni. She took her time, listened to me and tried different options to help me get the look I wanted. Turned into a fun session!
