We've been coming to see Ken for a few years now. As much as tax time is a requirement annually.... it's great to come and see Ken who provides a quality service and is both friendly and informative..... thanks Ken ... we really appreciate your workmanship!!

Did the paperwork for my BAS returns in less than 2 hours and when I didn’t agree on certain things regarding GST, which I was right about, Mr Accountant got a bit grumpy and I wanted to walk out after paying him for his time. He demanded $1700. My wife was in final month of her pregnancy and had tears in her eyes, I didn’t have any option but just to pay $1700 and walk out for just sitting there for 2 hours. We went overseas and came back just in time before covid hit, haven’t lodged any formal complaint yet. This is my first feedback and was contemplating further action once covid went away. Never had such a bad experience with a professional!

Ken got me an awesome return, was super fast and had a good conversation while lodging. Will definitely be doing my returns with him in the future. Highly recomnend!

Ken from the Browns plains office is always generous with his time. His knowledge of the tax rules is outstanding.

Just no. 2 months later and I haven't got my refund. I called the store and they said it hasn't been filed yet and someone must have forgotten. When I went in to start with, the lady doing my return kept making rude comments about me being pregnant and hinting at miscarriages. Not professional at all and I will never go back!

After using H&R Block for several years I will absolutely never use them again. I attended the office several weeks ago after making a booking and was met with a agent" who had an infant in her arms. The agent proceeded with child in her arms to attempt to do my tax. I am not an unreasonable person

They screwed up tax return twice and tried to blame me, also when there was a problem with my tax I had to be the one to contact them and ask about it especially when I was told it would be 2 weeks but due to there errors it took over a month to get it back. The way the handled things were very unprofessional so my family and I are never going back.
