I have used Pacific for 4 x different services over the last 12 months and each experience has exceeded my expectations. Every staff member who I have interacted with has been professional, polite, friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, communicative, and, on every occasion, they went above and beyond to ensure that I was happy with the service performed. There were a few points of difference with Pacific vs other tradesmen that I have used previously, which left a strong impression on me: 1) each of the tradesmen who attended made every possible effort to make as little mess, and cause as little disruption, as possible whilst in my home, and when the job was finished they cleaned and vacuumed all of the areas that they had accessed to ensure there wasn’t any mess for me to clean up after they left; 2) I received follow up from the office manager shortly after each job was completed to ensure everything went smoothly, and a few weeks later I also received additional follow up from the tradesmen themselves to ensure that the work performed, and products installed, were working well and met my expectations from the job. I highly recommend Pacific and will continue to use their services.
