Took my car here for a road worthy and a service about a year ago after a couple of bad experiences at my old mechanic, the staff at Clements Avenue Automotive did an excellent job on my car with a good wait time to pick it up again. I’ve been back here every other time since and will be doing so in the future, I would recommend Clements Avenue Automotive.

Well priced and fast service

I used them previously and found the service to be great! But this time I’m highly disappointed and angry. Upon being told they would seek out the parts for my car I waited well over a week with no word whatsoever. I called a few times and also left a message no one ever called me back. I am a single mum who relies heavily on their car and while my car was waiting for parts my child also twisted their ankle so no car, no way to drive them and no way to get to work! All with no word at all, extremely poor form. Went else where and got the car fixed in 2 days!! So why did they have the parts I wonder and you didn’t. Highly NOT recommending this mechanic .
